Fees and Payment

  1. Fee Structure: Our fees are determined based on the complexity and duration of the project. Detailed cost estimates will be provided in the proposal.

  2. Payment Terms: Payments are typically structured in milestones or phases. An initial deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with subsequent payments due upon completion of defined project stages.

  3. Invoicing: Invoices will be issued as per the agreed payment schedule. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

  4. Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract. Persistent delays in payment may result in a suspension of services.

Quality Assurance

  2. Termination by Consultant: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if there are significant breaches of terms, including but not limited to non-payment or unethical conduct.

  3. Post-Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled. Any proprietary materials or information will be returned to the respective parties.

Compliance and Ethics

  1. Legal Compliance: We comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing consulting practices in India.

  2. Ethical Conduct: We conduct our business with integrity, honesty, and transparency. Any form of unethical behavior can lead to contract termination.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Mediation: In the event of any disputes, we encourage resolution through mutual discussion and mediation.

  2. Arbitration: If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be referred to arbitration as per the terms outlined in the contract.
